Thanks for your interest in staying with us at the “Musky”! This property is a spacious 1,560 sq. ft. open concept, 4 season cabin with vaulted ceilings and a relaxing Northwoods feel.
There are 3 bedrooms (one is a large loft), 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, large living room area with gas fireplace, laundry space and a large screened in porch with bench swing. The cabin sleeps 8 comfortably and up to 10 total, if using the futon in the loft (sleeps two and you’ll need to provide your own linens for this if planning to use it). Beds include a King bed in the primary, Queen in the secondary bedroom, 4 twin beds and futon located in the spacious loft. The primary bedroom has an ensuite, the main floor has an additional full bath, and the half bath is conveniently located in the loft area.
The spacious outdoor deck is approximately 400 sq feet and features a dining table that seats 7, additional seven-person conversation seating, and a charcoal grill for your use. This is a great place to enjoy the sunsets as the property faces the Western sky. There is an unobstructed view of the lake and communal beach area from the deck. The property is conveniently located near the public boat landing. There are several other communal spaces at the property available for your use, these include dock with ample boat space, a fish house available for you to clean your catch, and a fire pit area to enjoy relaxing on quiet evenings.

Rates:
Peak Season Weekly Rates (Saturday – Saturday) May - September
· $1850/week + tax ($101.75/ week)
Off Season (minimum 3 nights) October - April
· $247/night + tax ($13.60/day) (3 night minimum preferred)
-If less than 3 nights there will be an additional $100 cleaning fee
added (no tax on this portion)
OR
· $1,440/week + tax ($79/week)
Payments:
All payments are made via cash or check (any returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee).
Deposit: Half the value of the pre-tax stay is due at the time of reservation, to hold the dates of interest.
Remaining Balance + tax is due one month prior to your stay.
Separate Refundable Deposit:
All direct bookings are now subject to an additional REFUNDABLE $500 security deposit. Deposit will be returned, less any additional costs associated with not following cabin check out instructions or rental policies, and less any damages to the cabin or its contents during your stay. If total combined additional expenses incurred and/or damages exceed the security deposit collected, guests will be billed for the additional costs to remedy the damages. Any guest billed for additional costs or damages incurred will pay said itemized bill within 14 days of invoice being sent. By booking your stay with us you are hereby accepting responsibility to pay all additional costs deemed necessary to cover any damages or additional expenses incurred to your host/the owner as a result of your stay at the Musky Cabin.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation occurs within 2-4 weeks prior your stay, the renter forfeits the deposit. If cancellation occurs within 1 week of your stay, renter forfeits the whole amount, less the tax. We will consider legitimate extenuating circumstances on case-by-case basis. We are reasonable people.

- If you arrive before your scheduled time there will be an additional fee unless previously arranged with owner
·Check out 9:00 AM
- Please leave on time as the cleaning crew arrives promptly and needs to have access immediately to clean for the next guest arriving

· Dryer Sheets
· Linens for the futon
Rental Policies Include:
· No pets
· You may NOT park a motor home or RV at the property or plug one into the cabin home at any time
· Parties with guests other than those approved to stay at the property are not permitted, please be respectful of neighbors as well
· No Smoking at or in the property is permitted at any time. If there is evidence of smoking at the property or smoke alarms have been disabled during your stay, there will be additional charges.
All guests must follow house rules and check out instructions provided in the “welcome” binder kept under TV at the cabin
